Erik & Landon

I met the Lundervold Family through a donation bucket we had at the Sandy Police Department. The boy's dad, David called to tell me that they had lost one of their triplets almost 2 years ago after all 3 boys had been born at 26 weeks gestation, that's 14 weeks early. He wanted me to give the Bell's his number so if they needed to talk, they could talk to someone who had been there. A week or so later the boy's mom, Christine called me to ask how she could help out with the fundraising, in the course of our conversation I asked if I could do photos for the boys, since they are amazing kiddos and will be 2 soon. She was gracious enough to allow me to do their photos. I was able to meet them yesterday and do their photo shoot. Let me tell you, if there was ever an amazing, inspiring, precious family, this was them. They are so gentle with their boys and you can just see how much they adore them and treasure every minute they have with them. Erik and Landon will be 2 very soon and are happy and healthy! I learned yesterday about the kind of parent I need to be, gentle, more compassionate, and to really enjoy Tristan, not just get through the day with him. I needed to meet this family, they taught me so much without even knowing it. There are so many more that will be posted on the "recent photo session" of our website, I think I edited 90!!!
